[Jun. 16th, 2007|09:32 am] |
Seriously y'all.....I need my queer fam to come out and support me. I haven't performed enough around the straights to feel completely comfortable around 'em while burlesquerating.
I mean, don't get me wrong. I love straight people. Why, I've had like 2 straight folks over my house. My dad is straight.....
anyway, the details....

| Help With Philadelphia Travels... |
[Jul. 20th, 2006|02:41 pm] |
Hello everyone! Next week, me and a friend are traveling to Philly for a mini-getaway. However, neither of us have EVER been there. So I have just a few questions about the best location to be, and transportation.
A) Where is the best place to stay if you want to be NEAR or not TOO far from the action? (If we have to go far from the hotel for entertainment, we don't want to be any farther than 20 to 30 minutes away driving). Should we stay downtown, near the airport, near the university? (I found some hotels near University of PA).
B) What should I expect to pay for a GOOD hotel nightly? I'm from the south and I learned quickly in my travels to the northern regions that you can pay boocoos of money, but still get a crummy hotel if you are not careful. It dosen't have to be a super-luxury hotel, just something that is a good value for your money.
C) Is Philadelphia a town better traveled by car or by train/bus? We are trying to see if we should rent a car or not. I rented a car in New York when I first went there and the car just sat there the whole week.
Any other information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

| Things To Do In Panama City Beach Flordia. |
[Jun. 2nd, 2006|02:32 am] |
Hello! I will be heading to Panama City Beach Florida in a couple of hours for a quick vacation. I don't have much planned, nor have I been there before. So, does anyone have any suggestions on places to go and/or things to do while down there? Anything geared towards lesbians of color is preferred, although I am open to any suggestions not necessarily fitting that description. Just nice places for dinner, drinks, dancing, etc. (Strip clubs are a welcome suggestion as well hehe)
Thanks in advance! |
